Aim:
Increasing safety in public places
Objectives:

To increase the number of recorded crimes aggravated by either race or
homophobia and to reduce the number of repeat incidents.

To reduce vehicle crime and at the same time to increase its detection.

Aim:
To promote safety in the home
Objectives:

To reduce Burglary and at the same time to increase its detection.

To reduce Domestic Violence and at the same time to increase its
detection.

To reduce the number of accidental fires in Derwentside.

To reduce the fear of crime and promote public reassurance. To tackle
the risk factors which increase the likelihood of committing a crime,
or becoming a victim of crime.
